Had a Chest Freezer delivered. They came 3 hours earlier than the appointment time frame.

The box did not contain the screws to attach the wheels. To get new screws takes 10 days. To get another Freezer takes 9 days. No one could give me a date when it could be picked up, because the Computer would not tell them.

ZERO concern for the Customer's situation. The Manager in D'Iberville, Mississippi store is a condescending smartass. My new mission in life is to tell everyone what a horrible experience dealing with Best Buy has been.

As with most other store that started out Great, Best Buy has become just another turd in the cow pasture. I will never ever do another pennies business with them again

I didn't like: Length of time to correct their mistake.
