Appointment was NOT Canceled 6/8/25021 7am-1pm. (Order #6867****)

Two Geek Squad in-home service showed at 12:55pm 6/8/2021 and advised the Denon Receiver sold at store and installed on 4/30/2021 was the wrong model unit and stated new receiver was missing additional outs on the back!....

(In-home installers took Denon Receiver box and old unit).

The Extra wires could not be attached to the new receiver unit that the installer installed on 4/30/201, just left wires behind the new unit unattached!

Later, found the sound was not working in other areas and called for an appointment, 6/8/2021 to correct. Geek Squad in-home, Advised; wrong Receiver model unit installed!

Requested, return refund or correction made for the correct Receiver unit be replaced.

Request was denied/refused and stopped payment was made with the Bank. ----------------------------------------
