These people would not price match a game I purchased just because I used reward zone certificates to pay for it.Why couldn't they just credit my account with certificates that covered the difference in price?
They told that would be like giving me $10. WTF kind of logic is that. I will never shop here again. What ever happened to excellent customer service now a days companies are all take and no actions.
They advertise all these services and promos and yet they still manage to find ways to screw the consumers.
Like $10 would break Bestbuy.I hope this company goes bankrupt.
