These people would not price match a game I purchased just because I used reward zone certificates to pay for it. Why couldn't they just credit my account with certificates that covered the difference in price?

They told that would be like giving me $10. WTF kind of logic is that. I will never shop here again. What ever happened to excellent customer service now a days companies are all take and no actions.

They advertise all these services and promos and yet they still manage to find ways to screw the consumers.

Like $10 would break Bestbuy. I hope this company goes bankrupt.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

That makes no sense as I was able to return a product that I used a $50 certificate. The points were refunded back to my RZ account in about 14 days. Whichever store you went to had untrained employees or just wanted to act *** to you.
