My husband went to Best Buy for a new computer. What a disappoint!
The sales people made us believe that if we took the warranty we could call geek squad to come to our house or in store service on anything and there would be no charge because of the purchased warranty. Well you can image my surprise when I called for in hose service I was told there was 100.00 fee but if I would of purchased a different warranty it would of been only 50.00 dollars. Who new there was two different warranties. The other disappoint was we could only pay cash or check to make a payment which again was not told to us.
This company is built on lies to their customers.
I had heard that they have on the *** of bankruptcy no surprise when you treat customer this way. Will never every purchase anything at company again if I can't get elsewhere I do not need
