Was given an electric razor and didn’t need it so I wanted to return it, but didn’t have a receipt so even exchange would have been fine. The razor was unopened, but Best Buy’s manager wouldn’t return it because of “Health Reasons” again IT WAS UNOPENED!!

The is the most lame excuse I’ve ever heard of and the most worthless customer service of any store I have ever dealt with. The customer is always right definitely means nothing here!

The customer is always right shouldn't mean anything at all. That being said, electric razors are not on Best Buy's 'nonreturnable' items list so perhaps calling corporate will get some action taken for you.
