We ordered a GE stove. It was delivered, the first of week of June.

But it did not work. If you turn one of the knobs on, no heat was available. When turned off, the heat would come one. Not very secure.

We were stuck with it until July 5 when Best Buy delivered our second stove. This time the stove did not work. Best Buy delivered a third stove on August 4,with no prior warning, but refused to take back the second one. After contacting customer service, they confirmed that they would pick it up on Wednesday August 8.

When contacted, they said they had no record of the pick up and therefore could not do it on the Wednesday. We still have two stoves, including one that is sitting in the entrance and will remain there until further notice by Best Buy.

Best Buy is so screwed up, it is pathetic and will not do anything to solve the problem.

They deserve to be called WORST BUY.

I will never deal with them again, NEVER, NEVER. We have yet to get an apology from the management.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Long lines, Long wait.

Make sure you only paid for one stove and if BB doesn't want to pick up the second one, then don't worry about it as that's their problem. The second range may be fixed easily----your explanation of "did not work" is far too general. If BB doesn't pick it up then consider giving it to someone you know or an organization, advising them of the problem, but that it is brand new and can likely be fixed if they can find someone to take a look at it.
