Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I purchased a 50 inch tv from amazon on 7/17/18, the order was fulfill by best buy. Two defective tv's delivered by ups, numerous emails, phone calls to amazon and best buy I decided I needed to hand deliver the second tv to a local best buy Each time I returned a tv I had to pay for a replacement and then wait for a refund (3 times!).

I had to hire a taxi van because I had no other way of getting the 3rd to best buy. This cost me an extra $55.00! The date I returned and exchanged the last tv was 9/01/18, a span of three months. I have had to wait all day for ups twice, treated like I caused the problems and it was up to me to figure out how to get my issues resolved.

I will never spend a dime in best buy again and will not pay amazon for prime ever again also. I' m done being treated like crap went I'm spending my money!!!
