Probably the worst customer service I have seen in the last 10 years. Purchased printer HP Officejet Pro 6978.

Piece of crap goes into "Maintenance Mode - DO NOT INTERUPT" (5 minutes of dicking around) every time I try to print something. Now it did the same thing in the middle of a big re-size and print job ruining the job. Called the store. Rang over 200 times.

Went to dinner. Came back still ringing. Hung up. Called the next day, same thing.

Hung up. Called today (Friday 06-01-18) rang 210 times. Got an answer. Transferred to Geek Squad.

Rang 86 times. Geek told me to return it for another model. (14 day return window) Bought it 6 months ago. Screw it, I will just junk it.

Like they need another reason for a long time customer to never walk into their store again. Good luck ...
