Best Buy - Worst customer experience again!
I had a ridiculous experience again today after trying to purchase online last month same order that was cancelled due to bestbuy continuously re ordering on same credit card causing fraud!then went into store today to repurchase on my best buy card with a low limit so put can on 3k cash.in order for deal on card 10% back..asked if would go through before purchase..called citi bank said ok....told immediate on card....but off course ...not valid for 48 hours and no purchase again..after two hours of trying for staff to get order in computer..before credit card business..then tried to get my my 3k cash back in cash as still in draw and cancel tranaction but refused as in system and will send check back next week!
So now no appliances again and a waste of 3 hours yet again! So off to another retailer!
no more best by for me!Staff are so not helpful and dont care !West Palm beach needs rehab esp managers!
