Had a salesperson help me choose a tv because I am not knowledgeable. Got it home and set up only to find out it didn't have a web browser that I specifically requested.

Online customer service said they would bring a new tv to my house, but the store refused to honor that commitment. Store clerks were rude and hung up on me. Store told me to call "corporate", which number was answered by another unhelpful person, who told me I had to call the store. No one is in charge.

They appoint one kid each day to be "manager on duty". There is apparently no one who can make a customer service decision.

Sounds like a personal store issue. My best buy is excellent and never has a "kid" as a manager.
