Because I made the decision to go after a degree, I purchased a laptop computer. I work full time so all of my classes are online.

I drove to Best Buy which is fifty plus miles (one way) from my house and purchased a computer. Bought the extended warranty - the whole shebang. The problem is that I am having to take this same laptop that is less than one year old back for service. The first time the computer wouldn't turn on and NOW it lets me log on and freezes.

I was told the last time there wasn't a problem a full diagnostic had been run and everything is good to go. Now, just before finals, the thing isn't working. So frustrating.

I just want a working computer, is this too much to ask? I went online and received no help whatsoever.
