These people are out of control. I purchased an air fryer on Black Friday to be delivered to my home - it never came. Called today and not one of 5 people could tell me if my order shipped. they only said that they "do not have availability" to check on the order. Transferred me to different department, they could not help me.

Said I would need to go back to the store. Asked for a manager and the manager would not speak to me. Wow.

Rude, uncaring customer service. They obviously do not want my business. No more purchases of laptops, tablets and other goodies from Best Buy.

Crazy me for thinking they cared.

Will go back to store today - and return everything I purchased for Christmas
