Visited your store on 8/27/14 had an associate assist me in looking for a power station. She took me over. I saw most expensive power station were on the top. And less expensive were on the bottom .I pointed to the one on the bottom for 19.99 she pulled it off the peg....

Did they check the tag? Most of the time if its not the same model number then honestly they really don't have to honor it. A customer, such as yourself was probably looking at it and put it in the wrong spot.

I bought a Samsung galaxy tab 3 a day after thanks giving I was so sure the tab was in good conditions that I went to other place and installed a screen protector for 25 dollars and after I noticed that one of the speakers wasnt working so I had to return the tab but I asked one of the managers in seatac seattle wa 2 reinstalled a screen protector because I didnt really know that tab wasn't working so needed to to installed one for me or 2 refund my money I had spend and he said he wasn't going to give anything free I honestly will not buy nothing at best buy I regret I kept it coz I hate returns

Best Buy and Microsoft

XBOX 360 purchased the day after Thanksgiving as a Christmas present for our grandchild and it was wrapped and later opened Christmas day. It was defective and would not turn on - only blinked once and turns itself off. It seems to be the power transformer. I attempted to return it but Best Buy said the 30 day return policy had already expired and Microsoft required me to mail it to them at my expense for replacement as they claim the transformer is an acessory. Furthermore Microsoft said the 1 year warrantee on the XBOX 360 console would expire in September 10 months after purchase date which would be 12 months from the manufacture date.

Well whoever told you that is incorrect and you should have asked for a manager. If you purchased it the day after Thanksgiving, you have until Jan. 24th to return or exchange it.

Our 7 week old LG tv delveloped a verticle line down the middle of screen. Took tv in on Nov. 26th. Told it would ship to LG 2 days later. On the 30th their online tracking said it was still in store. Called store was told that it shipped out. A week later online tracking said it was still in store. Stopped by store and was told that it shipped. Contacted LG after 10 days. They researched it and found out that store didn't ship it because they didn't have packing materials. Store manager doesn't accept responsibility for the breakdown of the process. I've never seen a store's top employee not take responsibility for anything, not own anything, can't resolve anything, has no solution for anything. Santa has a long list of presents to buy and he wont be shopping at Best Buy!

My experience is EXACTLY the same complete with the hours online with rude and dismissive customer service (and I use that term loosely). I was purchasing this item for my autistic son's Christmas.

I was going to buy the Dell tablet but got duped by Best Buy into ordering this one. I missed out on all the Black Friday sales and now have NO idea what I should do next.
