We bought a tv online in August 2020 and picked it up at the storeCurbside due to Covid. Now in February there is a dark spot that has appeared on the screen.
We called the manufacturer who said you need a purchase receipt from best buy( even though the warranty was registered at time of Purchase) . We spent and hour and a half on the phone with 5 different people 4 of which could barely speak English and the bottom line if you did not get an account and or a charge card they say you dont exist and could not help.
And even went as far as saying your are not cooperating and hanging up these people do not care about you ,only your money. And to top it off We were dumb enough to buy an extended warranty.
User's recommendation: Don’t give them your money.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Best Buy Cons: Horrible customer service.
