I purchase a refrigerator about 9 months ago and needed to change the filter. I went to Best Buy talk to a salesman and was provided with a replacement water filter.
I show the salesman the refrigerator I had and he told me the one to get. I informed him that it look a little shorter than the one he had just pulled out of the refrigerator like mines. He informed me that it was correct and to purchase it, if it didn’t fit I could return it. It didn’t fit and I returned it and was told once the item is open it was not refundable.
I talk to the manager and she was not hearing it. I am very disappointed with Best Buy because I spend over $4,250 for my refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave.
What kind of customer service was I given, non and I am a elite plus reward member. I would love for a manager to call me because I’m not satisfied with the store policy.
