4 October 2017 Walked into Best Buy Burlington MA to buy an $750 phone. In mobile phone dept, passing salespeople from other depts.
said the lone phone dept salesperson would be right with me. After 30 minutes he had not showed up, as he was busy with someone else. 30 minutes. I walked out.
Best Buy didn't get the $750 phone sale. Amazon will. Best Buy's loss of sale, my loss of time. I wanted to shop in brick and mortar store, but I didn't want to spend a day there waiting for a salesperson.
No waiting online at Amazon. Next time I'll just go online from the beginning.
