That information is not included in your complaint.

Exactly how is anyone supposed to know what the problem is and why we should not shop at Best Buy when you do not indicate what the problem is?

Why do customers post complaints like this and do not bother to explain what the problem is?

This 4k blu ray player is the best in the market, but buying one from best buy will be your worst experience. I am what best buy calls an ELITE PLUS customer, a title that is worthless if you don't gent the quality of customer satisfaction that (the best customers) are supposed to receive. In less than 24 hours i have spoken to 6 different customer service agents , 3 yesterday and 3 today, with that almost 3 hours or more of talking on the phone time, = (wasting time) and still the problem has not been corrected. In the past seven days ,7 different employees have not been able to correct something so simple as a correct shipping address , so it is associated with my billing address. This Panasonic 4k blu ray player is by far the best in the market, by all means buy it, just do yourself a favor DONT BUY IT FROM BEST BUY

Hi all, I am in Navy and stationed in Bahrain. I bought a laptop online from BestBuy in May 13 for my wife as a gift. I paid over $500 for the new Core I5 and 8gb ram. I came home 2 days ago, August 15, and excited to check out the new laptop. But when I opened it, I realized it is Core I3 and only 4gb ram. I contacted Besbuy 1-800 and was told it is a easy fix. All I have to do is to bring the laptop to the store and get the right one. When I brought it to the store yesterday, 08/17, I was told that they couldn't do anything for me and they gave me the 1-800 again. I called BestBuy again at the first time to explain the situation, I was told that my wife should checked the system when she opened the laptop. I told them my wife is not a geek like bestbuy people. I was put on hold them disconnected. I called again and tried to epxplain again, then i was told there is nothing they could do for me because it was over 30 days. I told them i did get a wrong stuff. They told me it is the corporate policy so there is nothing for them to do for me. I told them i paid for Core I5 and i received I3. It was there fault from beginning. Later they told me they can give me $90 dollars gift card and nothing else. I told them i paid a lot more for this I3 laptop and if they could not give me the right one then they should return the money that i paid for the price of I5. ANd again I was explained that because of the coporate policy, they couldn't return the money to me. It is mean that srewed me. It is all my fault. I don't need a any *** money from them. ALl i need is they treat me as a customer, not like a dump guy. So from now on, there is no more buying stuff from this people. I am sorry to my wife when i didn't keep my promise to my wife with a good laptop so she can take care her school. There is no more buying stuff at BB from anyone in my family and my friend. I will tell how BB treat me to anyone i meet.

I ordered a range and refrigerator on June 5 and picked the earliest date available for delivery, July 2. Just before the first delivery date, I received an automated call asking that I reschedule and so I did. My new delivery date was tomorrow, July 9. Yesterday, I received a strange text message confirming my appointment for 09/07/2016 and called to check on my order. I was told that everything was fine and I would have my delivery on July 9. Later I recieved the automated "please call us to reschedule" call again and called customer service. Again I was told that everything was fine. Today I received yet another automated reschedule request. The first person I spoke with couldn't find the order, then said it was fine, then said it looked weird and hung up on me. I called back and was told that the fridge was not available, would not be available, basically had never available in my area. I was told that even though the item was in stock, it was not in stock in my area. My only option at this point, I was told, would be to reschedule with no reason to believe I would ever actually recieve my order or go to the store to make sure what I am ordering is available. Thanks for wasting over a month of my time on this nonsense, ya jerks. I certainly will go to the store when I place my next order - the Home Depot store, the Lowes store, the local appliance store... My bad for thinking that a big company like this wouldn't be selling something they did not have or even telling me that they didn't have it during the first three phone calls. If they can't handle selling appliances online, then they should not be selling appliances online.

Issue resolved: paid $164 dif between price of broke tv and new one, and TV has to be dlvr next mth. I'll eat that extra money and the wait for dlvr, but I don't see myself as a loyal customer anymore. BB will be last choice from now on for my electronic needs.

Went to best buy look for a filter for my fridge. Witch i bought there i might ad. i discribed the filter to the clerk. Round 12 inches long with two prongs on the top. The clerk hands me a 4 inch by 4 inch flat box and ask if that was it!(huh)i told her once again what it looked like and she had to call for help. The second women was rude right off the bat.i told her i had made a large purchase about 18 months prior fridge, stove, dish washer and microwave she went on to tell me not only could she not find my name on the computer but they couldn't find my purchase. The women kept insinuating i was giving her the wrong imformation i have had the same name for many yrs i have lives at my address and had the same phone # for many yrs and i damb sure know where i bought my kitchen appliances! Finaly got discussded left. Went two blocks over and went to hhgregg walked up to the person working appliance section have them the same imfo and the guy walk right over to the shelf and pulled the right one off. Didn't even have to look it up. Plus i didnt make my purchase from that company best buy bel air md. People have a very bad attitude and no knowledge of the product they sell and are flat out Rude!

Don't Buy Appliances at Best Buy

On December 20, my family and I purchased a washer and dryer set from the Pacific Sales within the Woodbridge, VA Best Buy location. After being told the units would be available for quick delivery, the truth was far from that. It took 3 1/2 weeks from the time of purchase for my units to be delivered. At about the 2 1/2 week from purchase point, I called Best Buy for an update and they informed me they "do not handle that" and gave me to Pacific sales. Upon speaking with a Pacific Sales associate, they forwarded me to a warehouse and delivery case manager. I was unhappy with the service and was offered compensation once the units were delivered. One week later, my washer machine arrived damaged and inoperable. I called Pacific Sales back and was forwarded, transferred, placed on hold on and off for over four hours. When discussing compensation for my family of four's laundry, the compensation was withdrawn as an option. When I asked for an exchange or fix I was told I would have to buy a completely different washer machine from Best Buy first, and then Pacific Sales would refund me the money after the original washer machine was returned to the warehouse. When discussing fixing the brand new machine, I was told there were no technicians available to service the machine in the area I live in. Really? I live just outside of Washington D.C. and there is no one to service the machine I purchased? A third party contractor was hired to come out and fix one of the issues. The contractor came without the parts needed and delayed the process of fixing the washer machine another week. Long story short, it has been over a month since I purchased my washer and dryer for my new home. I have yet to use my washer and dryer and it will still be another week before the technician returns. Avoid Best Buy and Pacific Sales like the plague. No one takes ownership of the complications and the two companies will blame each other for the issues. The costumer service reps will try to pawn you off to someone else and not be of any help. There was only one customer service representative out of the ten (at least) I spoke to that was of any help (Dawn/Pacific Sales). I refuse to give Best Buy and Pacific Sales any more of my business. Read the reviews. This is one of many of the horror stories from these two businesses that work horribly together. Once they had my money, they no longer were of any help to ensure customer satisfaction. Go to Home Depot, Lowes, or HH Gregg for appliances. The time and headaches are not worth shopping at Best Buy.

Best Buy Princess Anne in Virginia Beach has the worst customer service. They made me wait on the phone for 30mins twice while trying to 'research' my question about a product that I purchased. What really bothers me is the gact that employees there do not know what they are selling, and do not care about their customer after they have sold their product. There is No excuse for a company this big to NOT answer a customer's phone call, much worse make her wait for thirty minutes while he never cones back to answer the phone! I ended up coning into the store after the second time they made me wait. But you don't have to believe me, just check and call them and see what happens!

My dishwasher purchase and installation was a complete disaster and I had such a horrible experience w. I'm not saying this is any particular person's fault, but bestbuy's sales and appliance delivery system is really outdated which prevents bestbuy's customer service representative to fix things for me. I was supposed to just wait at home for 4 hours out of 1 day for this but I ended up waited 16 hours out of 3 days and called at least 10 times to get this done. My origin appointment for dishwasher delivery and installation was Nov 21th, which bestbuy were supposed to deliver, install and haul-away at the same time. However I received a call that morning from the installer saying the warehouse didn't have the dishwasher available. Then I called to reschedule this for Nov 25 which I took a day off. However, I only got dishwasher dropped at my home without anyone to install it, plus the dishwasher installation kit was not delivered. Then I spent at least 2+ hours on 5+ calls to re-schedule the installation. I can't take any time off so I have to reschedule it for Dec 5th while having this extra dishwasher sitting in my small kitchen for over a week. I spent another 3+ calls trying to make sure the installation kit came with the installer on Dec 5th. Again, it failed. I have to buy another installation kit myself so that the installer can install the dishwasher because bestbuy's system is so disconnected. Ironically, on Dec 5th, someone showed up in the morning trying to haul away my dishwasher and I told him that another installer is coming and will do that. Now I expect to spend another 3+ calls trying to get a refund for my installation kit which never arrived. All the representative I talked were having trouble connecting those several items of a single order together (dishwasher, deliver, installation kit, haul away, installation service). I am really unhappy about the entire experience and probably will never buy an appliance from bestbuy .

I purchased a 40inch Sharp TV from Best Buy in Sept 2013 with care plan. Best Buy is saying they can't find my purchase. Which part was with cash and the rest with credit card. Talked with billing department and they said they can't find it either, but I have bank statement showing transaction. How does a giant electronic store not have a transaction for cash nor credit card. Something not right. Either my transaction was swiped out or something is fishy. I haven't gotten any help from any departments I have talked to.
