Manager Jeremy was a smart *** And I feel Best Buy should consider putting adults in management rolls and not arrogant children.
Original review posted by user Jan 13The tv I purchased stopped work less than a month after purchase. I went to exchange it an decided to upgrade to a more reliable brand costing more. The tv I returned was missing a leg that wasnt in the box in the first place I didnt need it because I hung it up. They wanted to charge me forty dollars for the missing leg. So I told them they could keep the tv. So they lost a $280 sell over $40. Its know wonder that Best Buys are going out of business.
