Ordered several thousand dollars of equipment. The only thing set up correctly was the treadmill.
Knocked out my Sonos stereo system, failed to set up 2 televisions, left garbage and a 2 wheeler in my backyard, did not explain appropriately my security cameras, left an inexperience person to finish the job(he explained he was not a "computer guy after he clicked sites, caused deleted drafts to be sent out(that should be fun tomorrow) and wasted my whole weekend not accomplishing a correction of the installers screw-ups.Got up charged on erros. Surprise! Did I mention the second installer was consistently late? Calling customer service is a death sentence.
Lousy music, incompetent phone answer people, waste of time and then hung up on. AVOID BEST BUY.
The company claims to be professional and care about the customer. Good luck with that!
User's recommendation: AVOID Best Buy.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Best Buy Cons: Nothing but aggrivation.
