Laptop had issues, Best Buy stated they found no virus but Windows7 corrupt and needed to be reinstalled for $ 130. No way, Laptopis only 4 months old. Was not happy, and stated so many times. Left unhappy.
Took laptop elswhere, two virus found on laptop, and windows 7 was just fine.
I wonder if they even looked at the issue.Will not do business with them again unless required with warranty, if forced to do so.
