I have a special circumstance requiring that an exception to one of their policies be made in order to do business with them. I need to be able to select purchases and have them held for no more than 2 days to be able to access a trust.
I realize that the manager of the store has to follow established policies but I don't understand his unwillingness to even inquire about it.
I have dealt with other companies, they all seem to be able to make accommodations for special needs. Am I even going to be able to do business with Best Buy?
