Last fall i spilled tea in the back of my Mac Air. It wouldn't power on.

I took it to Best Buy for a repair estimate. They wanted over $1300 to repair a $1000 computer. I bought a new computer rather than having it repaired. I ran across a Canadian shop on E-bay that repair water damaged Mac motherboards for $220 and will refund your money if they can't repair it.

I figured it was worth a try and shipped it off to Canada. 2 weeks later it is back and working as good as new.

Why can't Best Buy repair computer for a reasonable price? Don't think I can trust Best Buy with my money anymore.
