I gotta tell ya... Up until 2020, I rarely complained about any businesses.
Lately it seems that these Bigger Corporations that for some reason have completely forgotten who pays their wages, have completely lost their friggin minds! I guess when you get to the point where losing thousands of consumers really has little effect on the bottom line, you can treat people any kind f way and not sweat it.
So, as my TV's all seem to have gone out right around the same time, I chose Best Buy to get new ones... Since their finance company Citi-Bank was offering 24 months same as cash, why not? Seems I may have made a horrible mistake.
It seems that for some reason unbeknownst to even them, my payment date has to be the 28th of each month.
As I am on social security and don't get paid but on the 3rd, I called them to change the date to the 7th.
John, a rep from BB/Citi Bank told me that would be no problem... Told me he would send me an email as such and I did receive one. This was on Jan 25th.
Today, Jan 27, I get an email from them telling me that I owe $29.00 by tomorrow. So I called them to speak to a rep and find they have no records of any conversation, email and are absolutely not interested in changing anything...
So much for the customer always being right!

A complete waste of time speaking to...Refused to consider the proof, my wants or needs and basically told me to GFM!
Is this the way you wish to be treated by those whose paychecks you pay? Clearly, I am not!
User's recommendation: Seriously consider alternative options... These people won't even consider their own promises IN WRITING!
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Best Buy Pros: Electronics.
Best Buy Cons: Inability to get a resolution, Communication, Customer experience, Way they treat their customers, Customer is never right.
