Purchased Apple 7 plus for use overseas. Told them the phone needed to be unlocked.
They sold me the phone and told me it was unlocked however when I arrived overseas the phone was locked and I needed to contact Apple. Apple confirmed phone was locked and therefore Best Buy lied when they sold me the phone.
Best Buy was totally unresponsive and unhelpful.
I called them 5 times from overseas however they ignored all calls and said they don't sell unlocked phones which was a contradiction of what there lying salesperson told me. ...absolutely horrible company to do business with.
