just bought new tv best buy, bought 2 yr war. was told it covers any thing for 2 yrs that might happen to it.

the screen cracked took it back to the store then I was told it did not cover cracked screens first I heard of.

contacted geek sq the said the same thing.

I asked what I could do and one lady told me to buy a new tv,and still have to pay for the other

so I was sold a 2 yr policy that was suppose to cover and did not.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $1300.

this is a great company (NOT AT ALL) STUPID PEOPLE RUNNING IT I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH WALMART BECAUSE OF THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT TOO BRIGHT.

Read the warranty info that came with the telly and the extended BB warranty. It will tell you what is and is not covered. Commonly, screens are not covered, for obvious reasons.

no warranty info came with unit bb sold us a policy told us any thing was covered but it was not
