I just sent an email to best buy about this incident so I will keep you updated. I went into the best buy store in Santa Rosa and wanted to return a wireless Bose speaker I purchased 6 months back and they said it is not our policy to do this, and that was it.
story over to bad for me I have to eat the 200 for the item. THEY don't care.
For a company that makes as much as they do or that claims to be the best by name of its title it seems to leave the little guy helpless or without a way to get the satisfaction or help needed in this tec. world.
