Best Buy Promised delivery by a certain date. Two days before that date the order still hasn't shipped.
No big deal except I won't be home after that date so I decide to call customer service and have the delivery held until I return figuring I'm doing best buy and myself a favor. Well it turns out that order support can only parrot what the web site tells me. The person I spoke with obviously has English as a second language so I thought maybe she didn't understand. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and was told there is no one available.
Then she tells me that she will put me on hold for 30 minutes and try to find a supervisor.
Last thing I ever buy from Best Buy. Hopefully it is returned to them and effectively cancel this order.
