Paid for delivery, installation and haul away. The range was delivered on two separate occasions - each time with persons who are not skilled in turning off the gas to remove the old appliance and install the new one.

Took 2 days off from work to wait for the delivery and spent a total of 2-1/2 hours on the phone speaking to three different people trying to get the situation straightened out. The first person gave me a fake phone number to call back. The second person tried to help and told me that I would be refunded for the cost of delivery, installation and removal.

The third person (after the second failed delivery) told me that I'd get a $50 Best Buy gift card but couldn't be refunded for my trouble. I told them to come get the stove from my house and I will buy it from elsewhere.
