they don't break the rules for you once and now you'll never return ?

The customer is not always right but they are always the customer , even when they make a poor choice of purchase and are dissatisfied. But there are rules and limitations on full exchange - you must realize that the product cannot be resold as "new", causing actual loss to the company when the return was a matter of whim or buyer's regret.

Best Buy - Delivery Service Review from Dallas, Texas

Purchased a gift...over $1000...asked for delivery they put the wrong address in the delivery box...a completely different city...and wouldn't except responsibility for their mistake. People took off of work to be available for delivery, it inconvenienced several people but still no help. Only response is it would be another day until I could even schedule another delivery...I called the VP of customer service Karalyn Sartor and her faithful guard dog (male exec assist) argued that it didn't matter nothing could be done and I couldn't even get my money back for another 48 hours so I could go somewhere else and make my purchase. I called and asked so many times for a solution and nothing...it's honestly p*%# poor service for someone who just spent over a grand of hard earned money with them and it's their mistake but they refuse to take ownership and responsibility and at least do something. I work with companies larger than Best Buy and they are my customers...I would never treat them this way...customers are your revenue Hubert Joly, Sharon McCollam, Matt Furman, Keith Nelsen....I would take a good look at how you're treating them.

Best Buy review in Dallas, Texas: Friend bought a $200.00 GPU and there was no GPU in the box.

A friend of mine payed $200.00 for a Geoforce GTX 550 TI from Best Buy and asked the employee he purchased it from if the box was tampered with and the employee said no. Then he went to install it in his new computer and opened up the box and there was nothing there. My friend payed $200.00 for an empty GPU box DON'T BUY AT BEST BUY THEY LACK AUTHENTICITY AND SHARE THIS REVIEW WITH YOUR FRIENDS THAT ARE BUILDING COMPUTERS AND GETTING THERE PARTS FROM BEST BUY GO TO MICRO-CENTER OR RADIO SHACK OR FRY'S ELECTRONICS CAUSE IF BEST BUY HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO STEAL FROM YOU THEY WILL!!!

I have to call *** on this complaint first of all if the package had been tampered with your friend could have easily paid for it then opened it right then and there.

I wanna buy a TV on Bestbuy.com. but they just show the price at check out, *** THAT, bestbuy just let you know the price when you purchase some *** *** from them, what the *** , *** sucking bestbuy. I have never seen anything like this before, normally, at other sites , i just need to add it in the shopping cart then I can see the price, but Bestbuy want you to add it in the cart, then log in to check out, they will show you the price, *** , i just cant image they like to cheat customers like that , i dont *** care about what the price they give but it *** suck, *** you bestbuy

really? because I'm able to see the prices of the TV's.

I guess Best Buy made you mad because they caught you stealing and now you want to bad mouth them.

and even if you couldn't see the price of the TV until checkout, it's not like you actually had to buy the TV to see the price so calm down. oh and learn how to type at least a little better.

I have a small insignia tv that made metal tip of the cable connection that is plugged into it, burnt looking. I replaced the connection and it makes a strange electrical sound when its been on for a while.

I wont leave my house with this tv on. Im waiting for black friday so i can buy a new tv. I will never buy an Insignia TV.

A family in my neighborhood had their home burn down because of a new tv they bought. Im betting it was an Insignia

We purchase a Toshiba Laptop at the Rockwall, Tx Best Buy and bought the extended warranty on the agents suggestion that we would get immediate replacement. We bought this for my daughter and grand kids could talk to there father that is deployed by the Army to Africa. One of the grand kid pushed it off the table and broke. We brought it in an was told it would be 2 weeks. I talk to the store manager Kay. She said she could not help us to get it quicker than 2 weeks. I work in IT and know you can get any expedited. She said I could not talk to a regional manager or corporate and gave this 1-800-Best Buy. If you think this is customer support. I think your managers need more training. Is there anyone I can try to get this expedited. The Service Request is 01417-969938069.

Laptop protection plan is repair not replacement. Person who sold it to you either lied or was misinformed. Always read the fine print before you buy a warranty!
