Bought 5 appliances online on Black Friday 2019 and I was promised to receive a $500 gift card. Best Buy took almost 2 months to deliver my products and sent me the wrong color in one of them. Told me to go to the store to solve it because the werent able to do it online. Calle today after solving issues and all products were delivered and a res presentar Ive just told me that THEY COULDNT HONOR THE $500 GIFT CARD BECASUE IT WAS TO LONG AGO!!!!!

Still waiting on an order that was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago. No tracking information in the system. Tried online chat for over an hour and kept getting kicked off. Waited 15 minutes on hold on the phone and they don't know what happened to the item. Seriously need better options during this busy time.

Ordered a wine refrigerator online. It was delivered damaged. Since I was installing it when I was having new cabinets built I had a deadline to get it replaced. After 2 hours on hold customer service said they would have one shipped to my local store for me to exchange. I called again the day before it arrived to verify but nobody could confirm. I went to the store on the arrival date and there was no refrigerator. I just returned it and went looking elsewhere.

I had purchased from Best Buy and was told that if open a credit card account, I will receive 10% discount that will go directly to my account. Turned out that was a false information. A cheap trick. When i called the card service, i was told that information i received was incorrect and i have 60 days to use the reward. If i would like to extend the date then i have to call the card service. When i called the card service again, they said that I received the incorrect information and they cant extend the date. It is a cheap way to get the business and trick you to open your credit card, where they get hard credit check, which effects your credit score also. Shame on Best Buy.

I went in to pre order my Samsung Note 10 plus for me and my wife. It took forever to get my ported. Both ATT and T-moble really treat people like crap. and they should be takened to court and sued for false advertising. All these cell phone companys . I'm going to start a grass roots following to get these criminals to give us back the real unlimited plans that they stole from us. Its' not like we stole them we were paying a lot of money. The plans on all the company are not unlimited.So I'm going to see how far I can get.But getting back Samsung told in a nice way to $uck off. They reps are not from hear is I'm so sorry. But then can do anything about it.

I purchased TV, warranty and tech support membership on a Sunday for delivery of TV on Tuesday. Delivery was a no show and I was not called and advised I was put on "reschedule." I called customer service to find that out, so I told them to cancel my entire purchase. We are now a week later and no refund! I have made calls to store, headquarters, complaint dept, etc and still do not have a full refund (1 week later). While the employees are polite, the company's policies on refunds and the BS we have to go through via 800 numbers and long wait times is extremely frustrating. I have gone through a week of frustration and stress due to this freaking company and will never step foot in that store again!!!

Purchased washer 9-9-19 from store in cedar hill Texas. Given installation window 9-11-19 7am to 1. Told installer would call ahead of time. Requested they would arrive earlier in the day. No call returned by installer. 10 o’clock called store. 15 min hold time to find out they rescheduled after I waited 7-10am for nothing. Rescheduled for 9-12-19 7-1. Why can’t they call, they had 2 numbers to make contact as well as an email. Asked to speak to appliance manager Ashley. Guess what, she wasn’t available. Web site doesn’t reflect an appointment. This reminds me why I don’t shop there to often. Lousy lying and incompetent. Will see if they show tomorrow.

On 7/18/2019 I purchased 2 speakers and 8 Cameras from Stephen @ Best Buy after he inspected my home to provide the Best products. I have patiently waited for till 9/5/2019 to get them installed. Upon arrival today they informed me that they could not install the cameras because it was over their 15' max height. I have been in construction for 39 tears and never met anyone this clueless. At this point I will never recommend or use Geek Squad for anything else.

Actually have been told outright to get it myself, find it myself. 3+ hrs of being on hold and dealing with ignorant, entitled, unprofessional, rude staff.....I could go on in much more colorful words that better fit the actions of their reps. In violation of the federal trade commission, they refuse to give you what you pay for. I purchased a protection plan and they refuse to provide a copy of it. They don't even know where it is, or what it is and they expect me to go through 42 (yep, I counted) pull down menus to figure out WHICH plan I purchased. NOPE !!!! They can cancel the order and I will NOT purchase from them again. Not the company they used to be. They used to provide a PDF to your email
