After getting a confirmed date and time, we waited for 4 hours for delivery which never happened. We called and were put on hold for 20 minutes and told we were scheduled.....also the delivery address was wrong from where we wanted it delivered....after multiple calls we found out the delivery wasn't going to happened and were told to go to the store.
We went to the store and were told cause we paid with gift cards it would an hour wait. We asked to see the manager, he worked it out and we finally after 6 hours of our time and many aggravating calls got our tv, which we paid for online and could have picked up at the store days before. Then we were told by the store manager someone would contact us about a price adjustment.
Also unable to contact the store by phone they said black Friday they shut the phones off. Terrible customer service, terrible experience, and lots of time wasted
