For approximately over a month now, I have had nothing but issues with Best Buy. I called corporate and was told I would receive a callback...never did.
Never have I been so dissatisfied with a company! I just had to cancel my entire order (which I did not want to do). I spent over $4000 between a tv, sound bar, washer, and dryer. We have been told false stories just to make the sale on the tv and sound bar.
We have changed it out 3 times and each time I’ve had to spend even more money! Well now the company has lost a loyal customer and it’s sad they can care less!
There has been no attempt to make things right either. I loved my purchase but would rather return everything than to know I’ve spend my hard earned cash at a store that does not care about their customers!
