I visited 2 different Best Buy Locations and inquired about getting a demonstration on the Microsoft Surface Pro and the docking station. I wanted to see how it worked connected to the dual monitors.

At both locations i was told NO. I was amazed that they would turn away a $4000 Sale. I have purchased over $20,000 from Best Buy over the last 10 years and now will purchase my goods from other retail outlets. At both locations I even sought out the store management to get some additional assistance.

At the Grandville Michigan location they could not find any other person to help me. At the Holland Michigan location i found a supervisor and he came back to me that they would not be able to demo the set up because if they open up the docking station package they would be stuck with it.
