I bought a on line samsung note 5 the day I was to get it they sent me a text saying sorry there would be a delay.I called to see if I could just go to the and get one they said no still waiting they have my money I have nothing

This THIEF stole my credit card information and attempted to make a $431.00 dollar purchase (for pick up at a Best Buy store in Rockwall, Texas). Fortunately, the fraud was detected within 24 hours and the order cancelled. The name "Durand Taylor Kedron" appears on the receipt from Best Buy. Purchased a gift...over $1000...asked for delivery they put the wrong address in the delivery box...a completely different city...and wouldn't except responsibility for their mistake. People took off of work to be available for delivery, it inconvenienced several people but still no help. A friend of mine payed $200.00 for a Geoforce GTX 550 TI from Best Buy and asked the employee he purchased it from if the box was tampered with and the employee said no. Then he went to install it in his new computer and opened up the box and there was nothing there. Nightmare Customer Service: I recently purchase a GE Washer from BestBuy Mesquite, TX. Salesperson was good and knowledgeable. Delivery install went fine. 15 minutes after the install, I received a call from BestBuy to complete a survey of their installation. I wanna buy a TV on but they just show the price at check out, *** THAT, bestbuy just let you know the price when you purchase some *** *** from them, what the *** , *** sucking bestbuy. Their TV power off in the middle of your favorite show. Manufacture company came out to repair however after 30 days the Insignia TV started cutting off again. We were told to have it repair would cost us $150.00 plus parts and labor. Never again.....Insignia televisions are made with poor quality and the manufacture comapny does not care about their customers(now the power button is hard to push this is another issue with this TV) and yes,... We purchase a Toshiba Laptop at the Rockwall, Tx Best Buy and bought the extended warranty on the agents suggestion that we would get immediate replacement. My computer has been in geek squad *** for a month now and when I call for status i get incompetent people who can not tell you what is wrong. then they tell you to call the STORE, and guess what? they tell you to call the 800 geek squad number. endless cycle. I still don't know what is the hold up. the General Manage at the Best Buy store in Aurora at the Briarwood location is just as incompetent and does not honor her commitment to call back....
