I hope this finds you fine,Am a cleint from Tanzania that had meet with one of your associates in business at best buy (Janet Mckenzie) through social network (whatsApp)and purchased goods of a sum of 390$ after she had send me her details and deputy chairman id card of which i sent money through western union to kehinda waahideet told she was one of your assistant at best buy

At first a purchased an apple watch at 130$ and was told could be delivered to Tanzania my home adress by dhl but in hours later janet reported to me that dhl express doesnot send 1unit to Tanzania or east African country this was friday 13 march 2020 and so she asked me to make 2 more unit so as dhl could deliver the goods to me,i asked for refund but she then insisted on problem isnt with the bestbuy but with the dhl office cause your company doesnt ship goods with private courier as in fear of loss of shipment and undelivery and i thought it was reasonable and on 14-03-2020 i sent her kehinde a sum of 260$ for purchase of the tv 65" and sound bar and she then told me in few hours that the shipment would be done on monday that could be 16-03-2020 by dhl express.

With no information as i required shipment details on monday i was then told the goods have been shipped by middle express and in additional units that i never did order or payfor and i told her i really need refund because its insecure to do that first with no alert or information on me to agree on the private shipment and neither a request on delay of shipment from me,she then claimed the shipment is secure and goods will be delivered to my home adress with no payment needed neither excuse, so i asked for invoice of my goods ordered 3 units and she claimed its not possible as they shipped adsitional goods so they will give me an invoice of all shipped goods and once delivered i will have to pay the sum amount after sales made,which i was insecure with and claim for refund but hours later she then sends me invoice of all goods shipped with no corect amount of the payment i made and top inquiring me to pay 50%of the balance of all goods that i then told her i cant because i dont have that money and i dont believe in the shipment express used neither her as she has made excuse much with lots of harrasment on payment saying i should report if i want but i will plead to you bestbuy later today she told me she will discuss with the boards and told me to pay atleast 30% of the balance and i told her i can only pay a sum of 300$ to the delivery man incharge of the goods once i receive the goods but she asked me to top up to 500$ and i told her i can try to sum up once goods are delivered to my home adress as my clients pay on hand and i can give the delivery man the money as i understand maybe yes the mostake is done and goods as she said cant be taken back to USA so thats how i can help but not understanding and all done is you should report and i find that the good have been hold that inquire the goods can still be in your control and kindly asking for possible refund as you can control the goods and please refund me my 390$, so we can be in peacefully and unstressfull term as my trust is unearned here.

On 16/03/2020 i had contact the express company through email and they replied me on shipment but with no facts on company registration or legitmacy of business given that causes more doubts and insecure to work through on with the business and shipment deliveries,so is the website for shipment tracking not secured and hence give a fishy idea about the business after the lady(janet mckenzie) gave me her ceo numbers mr hubert joly and he told he understand the issue and he would make sure deliveries are made on time that was wednesday 18/3/20 so he asked me to help with shipment billing of 300$ and sent me a legal later no more bills after that he called me the next day and told me goods are at africa burkina faso but they need money to scan goods for corona virus and so he claimed to be sorry breach of his words and asked for 150$ to help with clearing that and he then told me after that goods will be at Tanzania the next day on moday 23/3/2020 of which he then called me and claimed for an ibc international buryer certificate for goods delivery of which i told him i dont have it and he told me to send 600$ to get it or pay 400$ to deliver the goods and i told him i couldnot pay that amount and he said to be sitting with the board and see what next he later told me i should try and get 200$ and they will cover up and when asked him of how i would pay the rest of the money he told me after delivery then we will sort that out and so i sent him the money on friday and he claimed to be sending me a copy of an ibc and deliver the goods early afternoon sarturday .... till then no goods are delivered neither a copy of ibc or any update from hubert joly or janet mckenzie.its been two weeks time with the harrasment and discouragement

INSHORT:The business done with me and bestbuy currently has no trustworthy of action given neither words acted upon but full of excuse and harrasment on information and character.
