I came into your store in Irving Tx Airport Fwy. I was looking at 65inch Tvs.A sales lady told me this is a great tv.She showed we everything about it.I looked at other tvs I decided to take it.I said for this price on the TV I want the best warranty you have and she said it's this $200 one it covers everything except water damage you can even drop it and it's covered.I said are you sure it coves all this she said yes.I had the Tv for two months.The Tv was not dropped but it has rainbow lines running up and on the left side.
I talked to Seth when she said call the Geek Squad if they cannot fix it then we will give your money back I did not get my TV fixed I do not get my money back and I don't even get a replacement because the warranty only covers the remote control and parts that's needed inside the TV they said it was dropped so im out 1,030 and some change.The Geek took pic with him phone for them to diagnose it in the office. The Screen does not have a crack in it.I will never buy another thing from Best Buy.People spends a lot of money TVs in warranties you need to change your policy and fix it so they can be replaced with no problem and get your salemans means to tell the truth
