I ordered a television for the Black Friday sale. I called this store to see if my order had arrived per the estimated arrival date.

From that point, I waited on the phone at least 30 minutes, called an 866 number which took additional 44 minutes as well only to not find out anything about my order. While Best Buy may boast about having the best deals, their customer service is nothing short of horrible.

I am only that this review reaches many and prompt those potential consumers to be somewhat leery about dealing with this particular store. As I am typing this review, I am on my fifth attempt to try to get an answer as to whether or not my television has arrived in their store.
