I purchased appliances with applied Best Buy credit cards last month and I got $95.00 emailed reward certificate on Sep. 1st, but I found this certificate associated with a different membership ID, it is different number ID and not match the member ID in my Best Buy account, 15 days ago I called Best Buy, and I was told they are going to merge my accounts and put everything together, I called today because I found I still could not find my reward certificate in my Best Buy account, they checked and told me said the developer was not done correctly, ask me to wait, this is really too bad, because it caused me all least called 3 times but still not solved the problem, how can Best Buy customer service like this, I will not purchase anything from Best Buy and will not use any rewards program at Best Buy!
