I wanted to express my disappointment in the service warranty we purchased from Best Buy. Back in February of 2017 the expensive SS LG refrigerator in door ice-maker stopped working. I opened a ticket which was never processed. I called back after 6 weeks to check on the status of the ticket and was told "ops" and it would be about another 6 weeks before for a repair man to arrive. Repair man finally arrived however the part was mailed to the wrong address AND it was the incorrect part. I scheduled another repair with customer service, and was informed it would be another several weeks to get the repair man back. The repair man did come back a second time in May and fixed the ice production but not the in-door ice-dispenser. I called customer service the next day to inform them the refrigerator was still not working properly. Today, after not hearing back from my call in May, I called to find out "as of last month we are now out of warranty" and it would be $100 for a service call. Really!!! I do not consider this customer service if the issue is still an issue. I did talk with a supervisor in customer service and she confirmed this was policy and nothing could be done. Future customers BEWARE! Pretty sure we will not be supporting or purchasing from BestBuy any more unless upper, upper management decides to do the right thing and fix my refrigerator which has been broken since Feb. However I received an e-mail saying my purchase was delayed when I got home after driving 10 miles to the store. I needed this item for upcoming function. I've shopped at Best Buy for a lot of years however, there return ploicy is brutally harsh. If you return three items over any period of time, they will black ball you, and not allow you to return the product. They won't even allow you to replace it with anything else. And that holds for three months. And they tell you this in front of other people in line, nice and loud so everyone can hear, most embarrassing. After all, it's you card your using, not there's. Walmart doesn't do that kind of ***. Best Buy is very snobbish, not a good and fair policy. Beware.

Purchased an item with a company credit card. Cashier never asked for any identification. I asked how he knew the card was mine and responded "we dont care as long as the card went through". Thanks a lot. You have obviously never been a victim of credit/identity theft. Im considering returning the item and will purchase elsewhere in the future.

I purchased A phone at the store in manchester ct on saturday .The department that I was in was not busy at the time ,there were about 5 associates just hanging around talking to each other with hands in there pockets.I was looking for A smart phone looking where they would be none were to be found I asked an associate and he looked at the display that was empty and said there were none left well I had called the store prior to coming in and was told there were plenty in stock .When he finally looked who there was A draw full . Then I proceeded to ask to activate and transfer my information to the new phone I was told to go and call ATT and do it myself really??? I was not very happy left the store latter called ended with the department manager told him what happened and he also to my surprise told me the same thing that I should call and do it myself so why does the have people in the store to help customers do what????? ANOTHER HAPPY CUSTOMER GUESS WHERE I WONT BE DOING MY SHOPPING AND WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!
