I purchased a 55 inch TV and a bluetooth adaptor - the person who sold me it said the TV has 15 days return and the adaptor has 90 day return policy. I could not figure out how to work the bluetooth adaptor after talking with support several times and wanted to return it. The sales persona lied to me about the 90 day policy, the geek squad said it was 15 days all products due to my 'plan' level, and the managers would not make it right. I called corporate and the child who answered the phone said 'too bad' read the conditions after 45 minutes of wasting my time. I will never ever shop there again and I hope they go out of business like Circuit City did - I should have bought it on Amazon like I wanted.

Have just purchased a brand new 65" Vizio tv last 9/6/19 by 6PM. We had help to take it out of the car and placed I the living room.

After work the following day, my son began installing it and I helped him. When we plugged it in, there was nothing (audio/video) except flashes of lights on one part of the screen. Put it back in the back as I was so sure it was defective. Went back to the store as soon as it opened at 11AM Sunday 9/8/19.

We were told not acceptable as WE damaged it. Asked how in the world we could have done it. Never dropped, never bumped at the house. WHO knows, it could have happened on their store, on their sales floor, etc.

How could they insinuate blame to us? We were told should have returned it the VERY same day we bought it that night, and what? Who could do this upon purchase? Then we were told if I want to take it up with corporate, "GOOD LUCK!!".

Called the numbers we asked for. Got the run around so many times. No one can do anything at their end as they are just customer service (call center). Tried speaking with another manager at the store.

No resolution. Even said if I want to take this up legally, have to face off with their lawyers. Nothing more to say at my end. We left so furious.

So, we have a non-functioning brand new tv and they get the money charged to my account. Have filed a complaint with the BBB and even mailed off a certified letter to their HQ today.

I hope to get results on my complaint. I want an exchange of the tv I just bought.!!!

Screwed over buying an S10 phone. | Best Buy review

Bought my wife a Samsung s10 phone. After short, normal use it was heating up to almost burning her hand. I asked other s10 owners on a forum and a guy at another phone store at the mall and was told by everyone that the phone was defective and to return it. I went back to Best Buy the next day to try to exchange it at 441 State Road 7 in West Palm Beach Florida. The lady in charge there gave us a lot of garbage and tried to get us to upgrade and even suggested we buy a cover for the phone to block the heat from burning her hand but would not exchange it so we had to pay a $35 restocking fee for a defective phone. Will never do business with Best Buy again!

I went to the N. Attleboro Best Buy to buy an iPhone, an older model, the staff member show no interest in showing me a phone, very reluctantly answered my questions. I was very disappointed, been a costumer there for a long time. I went to apple store, they were very helpful, I bought the iPhone 8. I have no plans to go back to that Best Buy.
