By the end if this we had 7 refrigerators and 8 microwaves delivered, before we got undamaged appliances...took 4 months. Six months in I had to have my icemaker replaced.

Then again six months later. That’s twice in a year. My dishwasher broke 6 months in and had to have it repaired 3 times, then eventually replaced. My oven temperature doesn’t stay regular and I’ve calibrated it twice.

I had to have the oven lock fixed it broke in 18 months. Samsung appliances, from Best Buy are GARBAGE!

Purchase.d Item# 5496110 Platinum Briefcase 6/6/2017. Lasted about 4 months before tearing where should strap attaches to bag. Bag is made of Ballistic Nylon. Talked on the telephone with customer service who said they do not cover products after 14 days and that I would have to go to the manufacturer of the product. They said they did not know the name of the manufacturer. However, when you look up the UPC# 600603207891 it says Best Buy C is the manufacturer. It is a shame Bust Buy does not stand behind the products it makes past 14 days of purchase. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Best Buy due to no real customer support.

TVs have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty. After that if anything goes wrong and you did not buy an extended warranty that is on you.

Neither Best Buy nor Vizio are under any obligation to to fix or replace your TV after the warranty period. In fact Best Buy is under no obligation to do anything after their 15 day return policy, after that it all falls on Vizio and their warranty.

This is almost the exact experience I've had with them!! I had to have my laptop screen repaired as well after having my laptop for 5 months, just a periodic glitch, but the unit worked perfectly otherwise.

I get it back not functioning AT all!! Then a geek squad member had the nerve to tell me that I was lucky They were going to fix it at zero cost to me!!! They were the ones who broke it!!!!

There needs to be a class action lawsuit against this company. The thing is they have gotten away with it thus far and will continue to practice this shady business!!!
