I would never shop at Best Buy again

I was promised in front of my wife from the sales rep that my merchandise will come the next day right now it's tied up a limo land they told me they never had it it was on backorder and I would have never got it the next day when I called they will not give me my money back until I get my merchandise after April 1st it's still tied up they lie to me said there was a confirmation number it was getting delivered there is no confirmation number it is not getting delivered anytime soon it is still on backorder you guys are liars I will never shop at Best Buy again

User's recommendation: Never trust a sales rep. Don't even bother customer service they send you out a country that people that sound like a robot and don't even try to help you.

I feel robbed from the Geek Squad. I never used my services for 2020, because I could NEVER get a hold of them. In store or on the phone. I tried for 8 months!!!! Do NOT USE THEM!!!

I WAS UNABLE TO USE GEEK SERVICE DO TO NOT BEING ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE FOR MONTHS. WHEN I FINALLY DID, I REQUEST TO CARRY MY $199.99 SERVICE AGREEMENT OVER TO THIS YEAR, OR AT LEAST MEET ME HALF WAY. I WAS DENIED AND NOT OFFERED ANY COMPENSATION. AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS - I WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND THE GEEK SQUAD TO ANYONE. I WAS ROBBED!!!!

Very unsatisfied customer

I was scheduled for delivery today find out the day of my items wouldnt be delivered I work 7 days 12 hr shifts.. I took off today for my delivery depending on best buy ... I am asking for a full same day delivery I have 4 small children we cant go without a refrigerator another day

Router Problem

No reason for the router to be malfunctioning but since the techs that installed it didn't leave me the instruction manual I can't try to resolve the problem..The tv in our bedroom wont connect to the internet so my wife can't watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. When it was first installed everything was fine. Now it is not. Be advised I will not pay for another installation.

Awful company to do business with. Zero customer service

I paid for 2 electronic purchases within a few months, I have documented proof from my bank no less. Still being charged, they have collection agencies calling me and sending me mail. Called customer service several times, went to the store several times, no one there to help even though I brought ALL documentation.

Finding a number to call to cancel an order

Went online and took a chance I had the correct number. Customer Service phone number should be on purchase order or on sales person card. Left a message with the salesperson to call me but she never did.

Was suppose to receive a tv as part of rooms to go promotion

I was suppose to receive a tv as part of a rooms to go package on Feb 1st they called and pushed back my appointment to Wednesday failed to deliver then as well.I emailed them and called them was told someone would contact me from their warehouse they did not of course.So I went to this website to voice my complaint against Best Buy.I received a response to set up delivery I did March 15th.Delivery was confirmed only to have them cancel delivery through email this weekend. So in this cancel culture we live in add Best Buy to the list.Failure to uphold there part of a Rooms to go package in which a tv was part of the deal.If you have to deal with there customer service forget about it.

Inappropriate content on my repaired device

My wife has been on hold for over an hour trying to get a geek squad manager at our local Best Buy. She turned in one of my daughters air pods to get repaired under warranty. When she picked it up today, my daughter attempted to pair it with her phone. The right side paired with her phone but the left side appeared on her phone and said *** you daddys AirPod on it. This is completely unacceptable. Not only did she not receive a repaired or new AirPod as stated in the warranty, she was given something that wasnt hers and was completely inappropriate for my daughter. This needs to be resolved immediately.

Was in the store last night Employees walk right pass us without asking if any help was needed they walking around with the cellphone in their hand and this actually was in Electronics

Young black guy passed several times didnt ask if we needed any help went to Customer service and it took the Worker about 10 minutes to help us this isnt the first time Ive had this experience and we shop there like all the time something needs to be done about this and I want to say the young man Antonio in the Cellphone Department has good Customer Service he did reach out to us its sad if they wanna walk around all the time with theyre cellphones in they hand they needs to be fired where I work we arent allowed to have ours please do something about this we left without purchasing anything because of this crap
