AVOID doing business with Best Buy! Horrible customer service if you can get through to a human. The Best Buy employees(there were a few good ones) out of the many I had to speak to do not give a damn about the customer. Got your money, deal with the fallout later. Might save some money up front, but it is not worth the misery after the fact. Save yourself

User's recommendation: Avoid this company. They were not truthful, do not back their product and after they have your money you are on your own. Lord knows how many phone calls to customer service listening to horrible music while on hold only to be passed off to another person or have the call dropped.

Feel suckered by extra charges.

I bought a ProForm 505 CST from Best Buy. Im happy with the treadmill itself, but Im unhappy that to use it it seems I have to pay a monthly $15 fee to IFit. This was not clear to me when I made the purchase. I use the treadmill only when it's too raw or icy to be outside. I dont use the workout programs at all. I resent paying $180/year on top of what I paid for the treadmill. The treadmill has been unplugged since March 2020 but the bills from IFit keep coming. Six months ago I submitted complaints to both Best Buy and IFit and neither has responded.

User's recommendation: Beware of supplementary on-going charges on purchases.

Delivery Problem

I had a delivery (no install) and haul away scheduled for today. The team arrived on time but informed me they were just dropping off and NOT having away. Whoever was installing it would haul away the dishwasher. Before they even stepped foot on my driveway. They had already sent a delivery receipt showing delivery and haulaway completion for an item they did not deliver!

Poor customer service

worst customer service i have ever dealt with and their website needs serious work. what system allows you to put an item in your cart sends you to the check out page to pay only to remove the item from your cart. if the item isn't available for sale why are you able to add to your cart. their explanation for this is that someone paid for it before you. well i guess if you take it from my cart i will never be able to purchase it.

Dissatisfied

Why can I not call at talk to my local store? I tried to call three stores in the Indianapolis area and not one of them is talking calls. So I ended up calling, and eventually buying from, Amazon. I would have loved to buy in person at my local Best Buy, but I figured if they are too busy to take my calls they were too busy to sell me what I needed. So thank you Best Buy. Thank you because I was able to look up model numbers from your website and buy from Amazon. Also due to you not talking calls, I saved $2800 buying from Amazon, my complete home theater package.

The warranty of my Asus Rog

Greetings. The fans of my computer began to fail a couple of weeks ago, just out of nowhere. Now they make a loud noise and I'm afraid something's broken. I'm really worried about my new laptop. What can I do? Can't I use my warranty? Is there a problem if (In case it is the case) I can do the maintenance in ASUS Mexico? I bought it on Best Buy US, can I work the warranty through Best Buy Mexico?

No one showed up for their appointment with me not even a phone call

Putting my TV'S up was so rough , sn being able to get it in the slots (sn talking about how he does not like that type of brackets finger prints all over the T V. He talk about my outlet it was old. Not very friendly.Sarcastic

You guys do nothing to help stop fraud?

someone bought 1398.24 of product online using my company credit card and your people don't know where you shipped the product? you need to stop the people committing fraud in their tracks. set up so that you can track the packages using the credit card number that was used. that should be a no brainer for a larger corporation like yours. call me because i would love to hear what you have to say. 847-212-****

Best Buy - Refuses to Honor Geek Squad Protection Plan

On 8/6/21, I called and was told the warranty was attached to the dryer, not the washer. This was a mistake by Best Buy, I clearly told them I wanted the warranty on the washer.
