Best Buy - Unacceptable return policy
Went to return an unused camera and they would not return it or give me store credit because its past 15 days. Will never shop at Best Buy again...they suck.
Best Buy - Got ripped off
Bought a laptop. I was offered a 15% discount to open a credit account. Looked at the receipt when I got home I didn't get the discount. They did not send statements. So I ended up paying interest. I paid it off and then started getting statements. Statements never reflected my payment. Had to call and close the account.
Best Buy - Item not shipped
I purchased two of the same item . When the package arrived there was only one item in the sealed package and the weight on the package was 4 pounds. If two items were shipped the weight would have been 7.5 pounds. They will not refund my money or ship the missing item. They have placed a claim with the shipper for loosing an item that was not in the package. My reference number is 197983727
Best Buy - Doesn't care about credit fraud
Purchased an item with a company credit card. Cashier never asked for any identification. I asked how he knew the card was mine and responded "we dont care as long as the card went through". Thanks a lot. You have obviously never been a victim of credit/identity theft. Im considering returning the item and will purchase elsewhere in the future.
