Hello Best Buy Team, I ordered online for a HP laptop on the 'Thanks giving day' last November and still did not received any such package from bestbuy.com. But I have been charged the amount $375.00 as it was a special deal for me on 'Thanksgiving'. Here are the product details: HP - 17.3" Laptop Intel Core i7, 7th Gen 8GB Memory 1TB Hard Drive HP finish in Silver. It has been such an awful experience purchasing from bestbuy. Even after calling the 1800 number they tell that it has been delivered but I did not recieve any such package. I request the BestBuy team to refund the amount by looking into the matter soon.

1) "Was unaware of the 15 day return policy" This is bull. It clearly states this policy in store, online and on receipts.

Also if you somehow missed the numerous advisements regarding the return policy this is something you should research before buying a product from any store.

2) As h.kitchener stated it is your responsibility to check the item as soon as it arrives. There is no way for Best Buy to know what happened to that TV in the course of 60 days.

My understanding of this write up is that your complaint is about the entire big box store business in general, not Best Buy specifically. This is the business world that has been so delicately molded from our cheap consumer mentality.

Everyone operates understaffed on purpose to off set everyone's need to make $30/hr and buy everything for the lowest prices. March Washington!!!!

Yesterday I could not get my computer on line I called the Geek squad and I got this male helper who was not only nasty but down right condescending! Kept telling me to talk slowly and kept reprimanding me This Was yesterday at about 5 pm In the end he could not help me made me feel like I was *** ! I am a 70 year old woman with a Bachelors degree so I am far from *** and do not like to be babied! The whole experience was awful!
