By the end if this we had 7 refrigerators and 8 microwaves delivered, before we got undamaged appliances...took 4 months. Six months in I had to have my icemaker replaced.

Then again six months later. That’s twice in a year. My dishwasher broke 6 months in and had to have it repaired 3 times, then eventually replaced. My oven temperature doesn’t stay regular and I’ve calibrated it twice.

I had to have the oven lock fixed it broke in 18 months. Samsung appliances, from Best Buy are GARBAGE!

I had a terrible experience with your delivery! TV Order was placed on November 30, 2019 Order # BBY01-805670043571 Order was rescheduled already 5 (Five) times and all these 5 times, delivery company failed to deliver it. 2 times they reported they were unable to deliver because of Flat Tire 1 Time they reported they were unable to deliver because of Truck Down 2 more times they just not show up at scheduled time frame! Every time I am calling best buy support, I am getting the same excuses: We apologize for inconvenience, the only thing we can do reschedule Now I have it RE-scheduled (6th time) delivery on 12/19/2019 BEST BUY! What is going on? I've already spent 5 days waiting for my delivery! I lost 5 working days!!! Today is December 17 (17 days of waiting), and my order still has not been delivered.

Maybe you could try doing like the homeless do and simply never wash your clothes. That way, you would be given a wide berth whenever you went out in public.

You could just let your clothes get washed at the same time that you took your shower, whenever it happened to be raining just go out and let it all pour down on you. You would be happy and carefree just like the unwashed masses.

Waiting over three months had three deliveries and final item (stove) came with numerous damage. Went to the store with picture and their reimbursement for 8 store visits, time off for false deliveries and extensively damaged product was only $170. The item was 1,600 without deli ery cost.

I ordered this sound bar online. It was an "open item". The description was "excellent condition". I returned the sound bar to my local store and was told they don't have anything at the "quality" that this sound bar was. And even if they did they wouldn't be able to let me have it at the price that I paid for the one online for. They refunded my money and as they opened the box they asked me where the remote was. I never opened the box so I didn't even get all the damn parts. I don't know what was in the box other than the sub woofer.
