Best Buy - Return Denied, not even store credit offered
We were having some internet connection issues at home, and the rep at BB told us we needed this special box that plugs in to 'extend' the internet. We tried it and it didn't work, put it back in the box after about 30 mins of it being unpacked, and then waited for a family member who knew more about this techy stuff to come into town to help us troubleshoot.
This was about 4 weeks later, and when we took it back to the store, we were told that we were past the 30 days of return, and when we asked for an exchange, or store credit, we were told to "Have a Nice Day".
Now we're out almost $90 for a piece of equipment that we nor anyone we know can use. Can't wait to buy our 2 new tvs from Conn's instead!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $90.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

There are instructions inside of the box and you could also look online for instructional videos. You either bought a power line adapter or a range extender, both of rich are simple to use.
So how is it best buy's fault that you didn't return the product in time? Don't blame someone else for your incompetence.
