Called about lost of pic. On Samsung 55in tv.
Purchased 10/16. TV fell 11/16. No problems with Tv. Except slight opening upper r corner or Tv.
Worked fine up to 1week ago the TV went off and when we cut it back on. The picture was horizonal colors, you could hear the program but the picture was gone. Geek said the damage was caused by the fall. 20 mths later?
Please.. Thats refusing to honor warranty. I have been A customer of Bestbuy for more than 20 years.
And, had referred people to Bestbuy because of What I believed was integrity. Fooled!!!!
