Broke second day. Customer service sucks.

They give you runaround switch you to other people and disconnect you. When I finally got them to agree to an exchange I picked a time and a date. Come that date 6 hours go by no one shows. We call the company.

Get the run around, transfer,transfer,transfer. "Don't worry he is on his way." More time goes by still no show. Last phone call lady says,"Oh no we canceled that order for the day you have to reschedule and wait another month." Of course after 7 hours of waiting I,m not happy. When I questioned her on why and who cancel the order she could not give me a reason.

When I asked her why they telling me he was coming when he wasn't she could not give me an answer. Are you kidding? What kind of crap is this? would any of you out there run a business like this?

Needless to say I'm done with this company. One of them told me to call the local store direct.

No one answers the phone at any best buy. Don't believe me try it yourself.
