Refrigerator stopped cooling on May 19th. Talked to Best Buy special forces and they said someone would come out June 5th.
Indicated they would call me with in 48 hours with a possible earlier date. Didn’t happen. I called them again and they said they would call me in 3-5 days with a possible earlier date. Didn’t happen.
On June 2nd. repair service emailed me a reminder of their June 5th. service. On June 3rd.
Best Buy special forces cancelled the repair order and put in a claim for replacement without talking with me. The replacement would cost me $400 for the exact same unit and a new 5 year warranty. My refrigerator is only 18 months old and I am not paying for it again. I told them no way and now I have a repair date of June 26th.
Am I likely to set foot in a Best Buy store again?? Bet not!!
