needed to replace protective screen that broke, I received the replacement in the mail and spoke with someone from the GEEK squad that said to just bring it down and they would replace it. When I got there I found that there was only one customer in line but some guy in a shirt and tie said they were getting slammed and that I needed an appointment.What ever happened to "How can I help you?
The guy was just rude and I walked out. I will just go somewhere else and pay to have it replaced and never spend another dollar at this store.
If I run into this guy on the street I will probably punch him in the nose. Is anyone watching these people to make sure they treat the customers with a little respect?
